The agreement between you and LSSON LLC, which operates LSSON.

LSSON is a booking and payments service for golf instructors and the golfers who learn from them. Instructors set their own prices, availability, lesson content and cancellation policy. LSSON LLC is not a party to the lesson itself: we do not employ instructors, supervise teaching, or guarantee any result.

Anyone booking must be 18 or over. A parent or guardian may book on behalf of a junior, and remains responsible for the booking.

Booking a lesson sends a request to the instructor and saves your card. Nothing is charged when you request. If the instructor accepts, your card is charged 24 hours later, or 24 hours before the lesson starts, whichever comes first — and immediately on acceptance when the lesson is already inside that window.

If the instructor declines, or does not answer within 48 hours, the request expires and nothing is charged. The price, the booking fee and the cancellation policy shown when you request are the ones that apply, even if the instructor changes them later.

Each instructor picks one of three policies, shown on their page and on your booking. In every tier a lesson cancelled before the card is charged costs nothing.

Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and are never seen or stored by LSSON LLC. Instructors are paid through Stripe Connect and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement when they set up payouts. Payouts, payout timing and account verification are Stripe's, not ours.

A chargeback you raise with your bank is handled by Stripe under its dispute process. Raising one for a lesson you attended may end your account.

You keep ownership of the videos, messages and notes you upload. You give us permission to store and display them to the people you sent them to — your instructor, or the audience an instructor chose for a post — for as long as your account exists.

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, anything unlawful, or anything containing another person who has not agreed to it.

If you teach on LSSON, you are responsible for turning up, for your own insurance and qualifications, for any facility permission your lessons need, and for your own taxes. You set your prices and your policy; you honour the policy your student saw when they booked.

Repeated late cancellations, no-shows or unanswered requests may end your ability to take bookings.

You can delete your account from Settings. We will finish or refund any lesson already paid for first. We may suspend or end an account that abuses the service, defrauds an instructor or a student, or breaks these terms. Questions go to info@lsson.app.

Golf instruction is physical activity and carries risk of injury. You take part at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, LSSON LLC's liability for anything arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid through it in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We will post any change here and update the version above. A booking keeps the version you agreed to when you made it. If a change matters to you and you do not accept it, stop using LSSON and delete your account.
